1. Full copyright of images remains with Natalie Lucy Photography at all times.

2. You may not attempt to remove or crop out the logo/copyright of Natalie Lucy Photography if images contain this. Doing so is against Copyright law.

3. Only when full-sized copyright-free images have been purchased are you allowed to reprint/reproduce the photographs. You are not permitted to re-sell the images or claim that you or another person were the photographer.

4. A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount varies per photoshoot. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

5. All deposits are non-refundable but act as partial payment towards the photoshoot price.

6. Should you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking date. A second deposit will not be required.

7. Full payment for the photoshoot will be taken on the day of the booking. Card, cash, PayPal, Apple & Android pay are accepted.

8. All photoshoot payments are non-refundable.

9. Any additional payments for prints and/or digital images are non-refundable from the moment said prints and/or digital images have been sent/received.

10. Natalie Lucy Photography reserves the right to withhold any images and/or prints until full payment has been received.

11. Natalie Lucy Photography cannot be held responsible for the loss of images/prints after the client has received them.

12. Prices, packages and offers available are subject to change, and may be valid for a limited time only.

13. In home photoshoots can only take place subject to size and suitability. A full-size family set up requires a minimum of 6ft x 10ft.

14. Natalie Lucy Photography reserves the right to cancel a photoshoot if there is insufficient space provided.

15. Natalie Lucy Photography cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by moving furniture/homeware prior to, during, or after a photoshoot.

16. Natalie Lucy Photography cannot be held responsible for any injury caused during the photoshoot.

17. If for any reason, the photoshoot cannot be completed due to those being photographed not settling/misbehaving/refusing to take part, the photoshoot can be rescheduled only once, and no refunds can be provided. Full payment must still be taken on the first visit.

18.  At least one parent/guardian must be in attendance to the photoshoot if one or more of the other attendees are under 18.

19. In the case of cancellation due to an act of God, casualty, accident, illness, injury, weather or any other cause beyond the photographers control, Natalie Lucy Photography will endeavour to get in touch with you as soon as possible to inform of the cancellation via phone call, text message and/or email. Deposits are still non refundable in this case, however, an additional deposit will not be required to re schedule your photoshoot, and all original deposits will act as partial payment towards the photoshoot price.

20. Natalie Lucy Photography cannot be held responsible for any late-comers or missing parties during a photoshoot, and cannot be expected to delay or reschedule the photoshoot for this reason.

 

In regards to Maternity bookings only;

21. Should you need to cancel due to going into early labour, you have the right to a full refund of your deposit, or to transfer your deposit to another photoshoot.

In the case of Newborn bookings only;

22. You must advise Natalie Lucy Photography of any major changes to the arrival date of your baby so that your booking can be rearranged to suit wherever possible.

23.  If the photoshoot cannot continue due to baby not settling well, the shoot can be rearranged for a second visit and all images will still be included.

In regards to Cake Smash bookings only;

24. Unless otherwise organised, Natalie Lucy Photography will provide the cake for the Cake Smash. You have the right to provide your own cake should this be a concern.

25. You must advise Natalie Lucy Photography of any allergies when making your booking. You have the right to provide your own cake should this be a concern.

26. Natalie Lucy Photography will take into consideration any allergies and avoid the use of any foods you or your child may be allergic to when purchasing/making the cake and its decorations, but cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions to the cake provided.
